13k today hurrah!

Well I’m a couple of days off starting C25k 12 months ago, where I struggled to run for 1 minute!

Today I have ran my longest ever run, yes EVER run in my Over 62 years - 13k all those little extra add ons to the route worked really well and I was really pleased with the pace at 7.33/km and that’s also another 8.1 miles on the LEJOG04 route!

What a difference a year makes , and what a different year this has been.

Running a celebratory 5k on Sunday to mark the year. 🏃🏻‍♀️

Wahoo! Fabulous and such a great pace too. I started 8 months ago and struggle to keep my pace around 7.30km/hr X

Oh wow! The map looks like its getting too small for your super-reach lengthy runs!! Fabulous!!! (I’ll do that tiny circle ⭕️ there right in the middle 😃😅)

They’ll have to build some more canals for you soon!
