Good 10k training apps

Dose any body know of a really good 10k training app as I can’t find one from the NHS like the C25k which I really enjoy doing.

Hi - I downloaded the Zenlabs 10K app, its free. If you have completed the C25K this apps lets you start at it's week 9 which is Run 10mins, walk 1min x4. I have only just started using this app, but so far so good.

I think I have found the same app it lets you start at week at which is 25 minuet run day the 28 min then 30 min for day 2 and 3 then it steps up the pace onnweek 9 with like yours 10 minuet run x4.

You could try the Bluefin Software Bridge to 10k Podcast instead of an app. Same sort of idea as Laura’s C25K one. Less encouragement though 🤣
