I graduated (yey!) and I'm ready to consolidate and go to the next level. I am aiming for 10k with a view to doing a "proper" event in early July, so hope to have accomplished and consolidated at that distance by then.
Lovely Laura on C25K really saw me through, worked a treat, so is there anything similar for the next stage with a calm assuring voice taking you through the motions?
Grateful for any recommendations. Thank you.

I run them as they crop up on my MP3 player They are tough but very good. Folks find one bit of them too slow so write the lot of them off, rather conveniently 😁. Slow running is good for leg building as we all know 🙂 If you do them all you’ll find out that they do in fact get quicker I ran them thoroughly in random order. They bring your running on no end
Plus you get to keep running with the Lovely Laura 😃👍
Thanks for the tip. How do you know what order to do them in? I have six podcasts, but don't know which is first and how long they are - not that familiar with podcasts so any tips gratefully received!
Fab, have some downloaded now, so will start with the one at the top (presumably the first one!) - ah - have just noticed that stepping stones are two of them, speed are two and stamina are two. All with and without intro. Hence six. Makes sense now! I have Laura! Thank you. Trying it out this morning.
When you’ve run those to death there’s our in-house Bridge to 10k plan called 10 is The Magic Number Sticky post to the right Ju Ju makes a little weekly film. Do check it out 🙂
After that it’s Bridge to 10 k podcasts, 5 weeks worth, with Sami Murphy. Coached sessions, free too, and hours of original tracks. I love these The tracks are chosen to inspire 😃
Thanks so much - the audio of a voice and music is the only way I can do this - once my music "failed" and so did I, I need it to keep me going. Right, off for more Laura right now!
The stamina and stepping stones with Laura are great.
(I do.a.kind of intervals with a preset programme.in gym so not done the speed!)
I am liking the Sami.murphy podcasts for.longer runs. I like being told what to do....tho she doesn t talk as much as Laura it s nice to hear a " good job " and I personally like the music choice.
