off to the gym this morning no tredmill today did 5k yesterday so just all cardio today rowing. stair climber. bike maybe try cross trainer when i use it it seems to hurt my knees i dont know why just on that but i will try again

Enjoy your gym session today Paul, great that you won't be using that dreadful dreadmill today, glad you enjoyed 5K run yesterday, give the cross trainer a miss as well if you think it will once again hurt your knees.

Maybe ..less gym work now and do some short outdoor runs Paul..mix it up a bit..try some home exercises as well..

And try the knee exercise front runners..??

How about less cardio and adding some strength, flex and core stuff which will pay dividends for your running. You’ll get plenty of CV on your run days.
