been gym today with my son alot of cardio and upper body exercise feel pretty good today runing on sunday just going to do 6k

i know only 6k lol but realy not to sure how much to run in a week. if i have rest days i do 3 days at the gym and then do a big ish run at the weekend not made my mind up yet what is the best way to do it i can do tredmill during the week dont know

yes try stoping me but i did not like the one i did as it was abit hilly in places but i dare say i will get use to it i mapped a 6k run out for sunday so going to try that i like to do different runs each wwek done dove stones 4 times now and i did a 10k run outside afew weeks ago i did 10k last sunday to graduate so not to bad for starters and how are you doing then with your runs

Good stuff Paul. Hopefully you have more parkruns local to you to try. I have 3 or 4 which is great, but I’ve only tried 2 of them so far. Both hilly, but I like them.

You’ve come so far - you’re a proper runner now, can you believe it? 👏🏃👊 Your badge looks great too! 🏅

I’m working my way back to 10k slowly for a 3rd time although I’m having a ‘rest week’ due to having lots on for a few days. Starting to get itchy feet though and can’t wait to resume next week. 😀🏃‍♀️
