Wasn't sure about doing my long run this morning as it's so snowy and icy, so I decided to tog up get out and see how I got on.
I think the slippy bits helped as it made me run slower than normal so I kept going up all the hills! I did slow to a waddle on a couple of bits of sheet ice
I ended up doing 8.5k by the time I got back home again.
I'd set myself a sort of goal (doing ju-jus magic plan) of 8k as 10k seemed way to far.... this morning I was thinking meh what's another 2k
I love snow running - was so bright and beautiful.
