Gentle jog/walk in the new shoes 🐌

Well I made myself rest all last week, so decided to do a C25K w2R1 as a gentle start yesterday. Went well, my leg wasn't perfect, but not bad either. Did lots of warm-up work before I went out, and lots of stretches after. So far, so good - and the new shoes were great 😎

Excellent! I always feel a bit uncertain running in new shoes. Walk around in them for a bit, then a slow steady jog.

Good luck with your longer runs! 😸
