I did my second consolidation run this morning since completing C25K on 11th June, and having backache since last Sunday, (I put it down to gardening after weight training).
So today was a gentle 3k in 24 minutes to see if all the aches and pains were gone, and so far so good. I aim to run a normal 30 minutes again on Friday.
I was itching to run last Monday and even yesterday, but decided it was better to listen to my body, which is a good thing.
Yikes, gardening has a lot to answer to. It’s very easy to overdo things and I guess you never stretch out after a gardening stint🤷♀️ Somehow stretching and pacing ourselves is kept for running. Hopefully you’re over the worst. Happy running 🤗
