So not quite the 5k needed to complete this week’s run for Ju Ju’s plan and could have kicked myself as has a continued up to the nursery instead of the prom I would have achieved it...still happy I managed what I did with the pace I had in wintry conditions and icy pavements

Feel proud, a run in this weather is brilliant, I just chickened out & did circuits training in the warm but it was really cold walking back home, think you should get bonus distance for your run in hailstones 😉

It was definitely bracing but also strangely exhilarating....the running bug has definitely hit!
