What a guy 😁. It is his job though bear in mind I read a report once about his training in the Nike base in Kenya. It was fascinating What they eat and drink. Plenty of tea apparently 😃

Seriously though, he is an amazing athlete and what an ambassador for all sport. Thanks for sharing this, it shows what discipline he has to undertake to be such an elete athlete.

130 miles at 5 mins per miles average is only around a 10-11 hour week! I assume he's got another job as well.
That's why he's the best!
If I had a cleaner, cook, gardener, shopper, teenage children taxi driver and didn't have to go to work fulltime I might manage 10% of this 😁
