Pleased with my run today, breathing settled down nicely and felt comfortable all the way round. It's funny how two days can be so different! 😎 Happy running all.

Feels great.. when your run goes well .. I know what you mean.. struggled to finish 3k on Monday.. yet felt great running 6 on Wednesday..
