Not done any training since Christmas eve. I really need to also fit in strength training but I hate it any ideas? APS etc I could use

How did young find thee hip flexor?
Was that the first exercise? I can feel those muscles aching now - a couple of hours afterwards! It hurt my knees though, so I'm going to kneel on a folded towel tomorrow. What session are you on?

Strength/core exercises - Yes, I find it hard to get motivated too! Having a go at NHS strength&flex exercises because I like the idea of doing things outdoors and will fit in when walking dog. Also a new forum has started so that might help me keep going! I will look at the link below thanks hilbean
I do squats just as and when. 10 while brushing my teeth, another 10 while the kettle boils etc, they all add up during the day. I'm doing about 30 a day on average at the moment. And it doesn't feel like an unbearable long session that gets put off as it's just part of doing other things... if that makes sense?
