Top day for a long run, combining some previous routes including the local reservoir. I’ve been slowly increasing my weekend distances and despite only making 2 runs a week it seems to be going to plan.
Hope you’re all progressing but also taking the time to smell the roses...mine came in the form of beautiful reflections on the water (lucky me I run slow enough to take pics as I run!)

Lovely photo of the reservoir that is part of your running route, looks a bit like the reservoir that I did some of my runs before I graduated. 2 runs a week is fine, it give you two rest days, not 1.
What a beautiful place to run rancher and that blue sky looks glorious compared to the dull grey day we have had.
