I kept to my running quest and I’m super pleased right now!! I did the 3rd run of my January Quest W2 yesterday morning. I left out at 6:45am, a bit dark, but doable. I decided to be adventurous and tried putting my head torch on my waist! Result:🥴! Not any worse, but nothing to shout about. I’m not sure if this torch thing is working for me.
Anyway........let’s get to the good bits! It took 27 minutes to get there. I realised I’ve taken 1 minute off my time, so that’s good news. And my coffee run reward card is complete!! Free cup next time! Nice!! And the walk back was enjoyable too! Great way to start a morning! I’m off for a walk this morning too. I’m going to see if that helps to keep me in a routine!

Thank you! Yes that was a lovely little surprise! I tend not to think about time too much, but it’s nice to see its improved even if you don’t realise that while you’re running.
What a great reward system! Love it. Way to make running fit with your schedule...and have that carrot (or should I say coffee) dangling for encouragement 😁
I know what you mean Cheeky! I really love the parks. But luckily we do have pavements, so it’s ok to embrace the darkness (well...maybe not quite embrace, but I’m trying all sorts to trick my brain here!! 🤣)! ❤️
