Yay! Now managed a sub 29minutes 😸

It was a lot of effort but I wanted to put in a good performance for my 10th parkrun.

We even had a new course record set.

Did I mention our celebrity tourist runner?

Woo hoo! Well done Chris! I did a lot of extra training runs in the build up and then had a 2 day rest in the hope I would feel my best but I was far from feeling good! It was just determination and being pig headed that it was going to happen even if it killed me!

Normally she does at her local parkrun but she instead hung around for photos with everyone who wanted to and even stayed back for a group shot with all the volunteers and marshalls when the tail enders had gone.
