So, after a month of consolidation after c25k I am upping my game. Still very slow but going to focus on distance to increase strength and stamina. The plan is to do the Zenlabs 10K Trainer from week 9 to 15. It’s time based like c25k so working up to running for 60 minutes. I’ve also signed up to do 50 miles in January with race at your pace and worked out I can probably achieve that on this plan if I stick to it and do 3 runs a week.

Nice to have my run chunked into 4x10 minutes for w9r1. It really broke it up. 2 more runs like this.
