w6r1 today a 5k run round dovestones outside again no stopping me now like everyone on here said beats the tredmill anytime just love it now i feel like i could run ever day but i know you need your rest days i hope eveyone as a great day there will be a few sore heads this morning its your own fault for drinking lol
