Rounding off the year

Slow Joe Crow run in the mist was a great way to end the year, before several hours spent cooking and eating.

Strange to think that Cto5k was just an idle thought in my mind a year ago, just wish I’d thought of it earlier.

So here’s to a new year of run fun!

A lovely pic Sarararara, and 77 mins is my 10k time too.

Yep running has certainly changed a few lives this year! Have a great 2019.

A friend planted the C25K idea in my head about 3 years before I thought to actually do it 🙃 It's been a fantastic journey!
