What a great year 2018 has been, this time last year l knew l was going to start couch25k but didn't do it until march and l haven't looked back.

I am still nowhere near 5k in 30 minutes but that doesn't bother me. I've managed to get to 10k, done a couple of park runs and an 8k race. Most importantly l have kept to regular running, nearly always 3 times a week.

I have loved reading your posts on this forum, they have kept me motivated and helped me through some tricky times.

Wishing you all a happy new year and some great running in 2019!πŸ˜„πŸƒβ€β™€οΈπŸƒ
