We are nearly at the end of 2018, so what are your running resolutions or challenges for the new year?
This year was my first full year of running, all be it with a few injuries along the way, so my resolution is to run 1000km during 2019 and I have kicked this off by signing up for a 50 mile Run At Your Pace challenge for January.

1000km, that's a good target to set yourself. But it's a lot of running. Last year my resolution was to run a half marathon, I managed the distance twice and even did an official half marathon at Windsor. I'm not sure what my resolution will be this year, but at the moment I'm just focussing on getting back into the routine after being a bit lax over the last couple of months.
