Hi VRBs. Didn’t even think about it during the run this morning but realised just now that today was my 100th run since starting couch to 5K in May. What a milestone!...and who would believe that I could get to this point when I struggled to even run for 1 minute back then. How things have changed! Next goal is to do RED January and I have a 10 mile race to do in Feb.
My run wasn’t long or particularly interesting today but being daylight it did mean that I could go out of town for a change - something I haven’t been able to do since the summer!
And I got some Bone conductor headphones for Christmas which I used for the first time today which seems like a good way to celebrate the day!
Here’s a pic of beautiful Dobby in her new Christmas collar on my 100th run - she has probably joined me for around 70 of them. And without the support of you lovely people I wouldn’t have made it this far - so thank you 😊

Haha - they are great for helping up hills aren’t they! I do find it much easier with her pulling! Although she’s not been as strong since she has been ill but I’m sure she’ll get there soon. 🐾 x
I try to do about 3 runs a week Bob - although I tailed off when I was on my summer holiday - but it’s hard to believe I’ve managed that many! And I will be waiting to congratulate you when you get there too! 😊 x
Well done! It’s been a difficult year and this is a triumph!!! I haven’t yet worked out whether I’m at 100 or over it but now I’m on Strava it’ll be a lot easier to keep track next year! Hugs to you and the dogs 🤗
Thanks Equi. It has been a difficult year but also lots of positives. Not least starting to run! And I’ve started to look at horses too. Need a new one! Exciting times. Follow me on Strava - Louise Flower - if you like. X
