HI. Graduated from C25K a few weeks ago (only really managing 3.5k in 30 minutes). Enthusiastically signed up for a 10k in March but have hardly run since. Don't want to lose what I've gained but not feeling confident about where to go next!

No rush 🙂. You could follow up with C25k+ Stepping Stones podcasts free tondienload from here. They are really good and will keep you motivated
Then there’s our own in-house 10 is the magic number programme with resident panther Ju Ju. She makes a little film every week for those taking part Sign up! 😃👍🏃♀️ Check out her weekly updates to get a sense of what the format is
Then as if that’s not enough to be going on with, there’s s the free to download Bridge to 10 k podcasts with the kick-ass Sami Murphy. Also free to download from here
My suggestion is to keep your routine as its difficult to get back once lost. Can you do 2 of the 3.5 k's a week and then one run gradually getting longer? I start the next Magic Number on the 11th of january and you are most welcome to join
I’m just coming to the end of ju-ju’s plan and it’s been brilliant for giving me back a bit more structure (but not as strict as C25k) and motivation to keep going 3 times a week. It’s 8 weeks so perfect for your 10k in March. Have you also thought about parkrun? Although it’s 5k, you don’t have to run it all, so could run as much as you feel able and walk the rest (but don’t do more than 10% more each week to avoid injuring yourself). It takes time but you can do it
