Hi Paul

Are you free to meet up Sunday, city store is open from 11am

we could aim for your wk 4 - 4 k,

I am doing a park run tomorrow and a Santa dash 5 k Monday with work

Three concectutive days running is not recommended in your first years running and I defiantly don’t want to fall foul of the running police on here,

I have witnessed some serious miss whiplash treatment of naughty year 1 boys

But I think a slow run will be ok

I am going around the Christmas markets tomorrow afternoon on the mulled wine and it will no doubt end up a late and messy one

So maybe plan for a really slow one

Let me know, it will be good for me to get out and get some fresh air, and if I don’t make plans I will probably just spend Sunday on the couch feeling sorry for myself ;( 🤢

I thought it was but I checked on the strava segment explorer thing, the whole area is really flat, I did all my C25K on the Bridgewater canal towpaths and have since tackled some hills, trust me starting out flat is best,

No worries, 2deg C this morning, it will be a chilly park run. Should be nice and crisp still air, prefer it to windy

But then Rains from 11 am for the day ;( so followed by wet markets
