Me, my brother, nephew & Great nephew (young lad in red shorts) the 3 of us volunteer Marshall's, weather was cold n gloomy and showery (luckily only started tipping it down after the run while we were clearing way) a 5 year old girl warmed my heart on her way round though when she came over and gave me a high 5! this is part of the reason to volunteer at Parkrun..✋😊

Well done to you all, I enjoy volunteering as much as running- it’s a shame that there are many who do not feel they need to do their bit.

Yes, I know someone who likes doing the runs, over a 100 runs! but never volunteered! I'll have to give him a reminder!!

Well done for volunteering! Isn’t it great? 😀 I’m making an effort to do it once a month - so far I’ve run 10 parkruns and volunteered at 4 and I love both. I like to congratulate each runner when they come over to me to have their barcode scanned. It’s such a friendly atmosphere and my dog is always a hit too! ❤️🐕🏃‍♀️🏃
