If nothing else, it's always different!
Particularly in this weather, so each run has different challenges.

Hey Paul, you’re doing amazing with your running! ... If you really want to run outside you’ll eventually get there!🙌
Why not just go for a walk... in your running gear, then after about 5mins of walking, just jog to the next lamppost, then walk again... then maybe run 2 lampposts etc... don’t stay out for too long, just get a feel for it!
Then walk home make yourself a brew & feel proud!
You could still do your treadmill runs, but try to get outside once a week or something & build on the time you run outside!
You know you can do it! 🙌💪👊
