I'm annoyed with myself now, I could've enjoyed a similar view over the Solent this morning, but foolishly stayed in bed instead of running...

Thank you 😁. I was only up as I had to drop my Son off to work early otherwise I would of been tucked up in bed too. I don’t know about you but I struggle with the dark mornings

I've been really good with my morning runs Tsword, but since the torrential rain and wind started over the last week or so I've been going back to bed after looking out the window, and today I event did it! 😱 That photo has given me a good kick up the behind now...thank you, I'm not missing any more of those...😀

Beautiful sunrise TSword and well done on your new PB! I'm also by the Solent and our beach is all pebbles - but I get a similar view overlooking the sea from the top of Portsdown Hill 😀
