Missing the structured routine. Time to step it up.

Hi all. I completed the C25K 3 months ago now. Since then I've generally managed to complete 1 to 3 runs a week and pretty much either kept it as a 30 minute run on the treadmill or 5km run outdoors.

I want to be able to run 10km next year and also want to get my 5km runs quicker. I couldn't find a specific routine anywhere obvious on this community, so can anyone point me in the right direction? I've tried the C25K+ podcast, but I generally don't like listening to anything when running outdoors. I don't mind when on the treadmill.

I was lucky enough to receive some great gifts for my birthday, including some good running trainers, underarmour and a watch, so I need to put them to good use!

Yes I did juju’s magic 10k plan GTypeR. It is really good and you can do the runs in any order each week. This forum is really supportive too just like c25k. Good luck
