Well done Bridget, I hope you had fun too. You have commenced your new running journey and you will be amazed at the end result (once again). πββοΈππ
Hi Bridget, Whoopee! π So pleased to see your post. Well done on completing week 1. I seem to really enjoy ticking the various stages off! So week one has its tick β π. I'm sure that your legs will do a great job over the next weeks and 10k is not an impossible dream, but with the slow and steady mantra from old floss your legs will see you through. With my hills round here it is very, very slow! Happy running to you! ππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈππ»ββοΈ
Thank you π Iβm slow as I run in a local park and all the paths are bark/ wood chippings but my joints seem to prefer it even if my muscles donβt ππ
You must be nearly at 10k you have done so well ... I too love ticking off the runs as I go β π
