did my 10k this morning that's it I know I can do the distance so just keep plodding now till race day took me about 1hr 40mns but I don't care at 68yrs just glad I can do it Yipppee

Im built for slow steady plodding no streaking for me I have a picture of, a big tea urn, at the end of my run in my head 🏃‍♀️☕
