On Monday, I completed my 2.5K, although it had a pause in the middle due to my dog being very naughty. But on the plu side, I did it in 30-20-10 Fartlek way and completed about 1.5 sets. I really loved the speed intervals
I did the 7 min abs workout that included plank actually 2 different planks.
On Wednesday, I'm aiming at "only" 30 minutes, as I'm fresh C25K graduate, so I don't wantto push to hard to soon. I guess it will be around 4-4.5K (not 5).
