So, two firsts today...my longest run to date...7.5km and as I was happily running along the river about 2km in and smiling at the dog walkers - splat! Tripped over a log hidden amongst the leaves and literally went face down into the mud. Nothing hurt apart from my pride and scabby palms like a five year old. So I guess you could say I did achieve 7.5km but it wasnβt without stopping for a minute at around the 2km markπππ

Ooch , So sorry to hear about your tumble and Iβm glad to hear that there was not too much damage. I was told that I was a proper runner after my first fall. π€. Well done on 7.5km
