Flying! very nice
Very nice photo of you Dave I'm just wondering why you call yourself mad.
That’s an awesome action shot Dave! 🏃🏃🏃🏃 Not sure I’d look that cool whilst running a 10k! 😀
Airborne!!!! Wowsers
Well...looking a bit pleased!! And quite rightly so! 🤩 Congratulations Dave!! Well done you. 👏🏽👏🏽❤️
Looking great, Dave! Well done! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🏅😃❤️
Focussed is the word you’re looking for!
Great photo. You really are flying there. Well done👏
Looking like a sub 60min 10k-er there Dave! Great picture☺
Looking good Dave, I can see you about to stretch for the post race pint!
Great action shot!
well ......... determined?
That’s determination there! Great pic!
Is this the first bit of bling MadDave ? Looks a good day for it.
Great flying feet!
Wow! Flying feet. You look strong, determined and formidable - the sort of runner who scares the pants off me 😊
I’m not always that determined, but needed to get a move on, which was tricky because in the last 2k I was trying to overtake people in front who were fading and a bit wobbly & unpredictable...
That’s a great pic!
Great photo. Love the determined face. "Get out of my way or I'll step on you". Well Done.
Excellent photo. Combines all the effort and enjoyment in one (although still makes it look rather easy and fluid)
Wow, Congratulations on your time..and what a great picture to treasure too!😎x
Well done - fab time! Cambridge is my home town & I've only just started doing 10ks but would love to do this one. The guys in the Up & Running Cambridge store were very encouraging about it when I bought my Hokas there in Sept. Maybe I'll be at your speeds in a year (72min now) especially if it's nice & flat!!
It’s certainly flat, and it’s nice to be able to run through town en masse.
I do at least one 10k+ run a week, usually with the running club I’ve recently joined (Cambridge & Coleridge).
I find the coaching helps improve pace, but so does distance, if you can find the time for a long run as well once a week.
Tomorrow I’m attempting a 16k cross country run in the morning, on a circular route I’ve devised around my village. If that works, then hopefully I can incorporate that into a training programme for the Cambridge 1/2 marathon next spring...
I think I’m getting addicted to endurance running 🤪
Sounds like your running's really taking off! I'm a bit scared of joining a running club at the moment (hats off to you for joining a club) but am trying to mix up my runs to improve speed & distance. I nearly always run when I'm back in Cambridgeshire visiting family and can do good times on the flat!
