I'm about to graduate from c25K and want to do the bridge to 10K. Is there an app like the C25K one I can download that talks to you over the music and gradually builds up to 10k?

Hi Downunderdame, Well done for almost completing the c25k program and becoming a runner!
Once you Graduate you will be able to run for 30 minutes without stopping, an amazing acheivement😊
Most of us then take a few weeks to consolidate our running, while we build a bit more strength and stamina by doing 30 minute runs, shorter runs, new routes and enjoying our ability.

Once you are stronger and able to run 5k fairly comfortably, you may want to start increasing your distance and therefore running duration. There are c25k + podcasts which are great to try, with running tips.

Lots of us then go on to work towards 10k and more, there are apps I believe, but not an nhs healthunlocked one, but there is plenty of help on this Bridge forum about how to proceed, including Ju ju's 10 is the Magic Number plan which can be used.

Hello Downunderdame, Bluebirdrunner has said it all. I am on the Jujus magic plan and it is great, with a lot more freedom than c25k. Good luck with your graduation run.
