A very unexpected run

This morning I set out to do 5k before I went to work. For the first time ever I did the 5, then carried on, spurred ever onwards by the three tenors (Italia 90). 6k went by, then 7. I actually ran 8k. I’m beginning to think I will be able to run 10k. Me, a runner!? Yes I surely am!

Great stuff! Noticed you got another PB at parkrun the other day too. Definitely a runner!
