You can also follow Ju-Ju's Magic 10 week plan, sorry don't know how to post a link but you can find it in the pinned posts. And if there's a running club near you, running with others is good for keeping up the motivation. And Park Run of course! Happy running 😁👍🏃

When you post that you have graduated on the c25k forum you will be given lots of useful info from the mentors. They recommend you consolidate for a few weeks before increasing duration. Then juju’s magic plan is great to get you from 5-10k. See pinned posts. Enjoy the last few weeks of c25k. 😋
I used a free app called "Couch to 5k & 10k." I've completed that, but don't want to just run 60 minutes every time forevermore, so have just picked up week 4 of Juju's 10 is the magic number which is in this forum 🙂.
Thank you everybody. I had W7R3 today and am quite excited about the next two weeks! This has just been the best thing - knowing that it actually works, and getting so much support - I'm recommending it to everyone I know!
