Anyone in the Dolgellau area for the Park Run this Saturday ? I think I am heading there, since it is high tide again in Hafan Pwllheli... I could not face another dune run just yet!

A couple of weeks early for me... and maybe the wrong bit of Wales... I’m looking at Conwy on the mayday weekend.

I shall try Penrhyn Castle at Bangor at some point too... I think Conwy is a really lovely one

We are heading to betws late on Friday and I jokingly said we could get up early next day and do Conwy parkrun... she had a look at it and said yes... so now I have no choice! I forgot how many pictures of each run there are!

probably a bit far to the north east in north wales for you but we are running at bodelwyddan on Saturday. Only my second park run so will be running very slowly and trying again to run it all! It's a really lovely course!
