First attempt at tourist running 🏃‍♀️. I cannot bear the treadmill so up early 05:30 madness and still 23 degrees really too hot for me so only (!) 4K. Wonderful feeling now completed and showered and breakfast enjoyed. Now for the rest of the day to enjoy. 😊

Two lovely photos from C25K runners from outside the UK. Your photo shows a lovely scene in Vietnam with a temperature of 23C, the previous post I looked at was from a runner in Canada that the snow they had last week had melted showing us a beautiful Autumn/Fall picture of a lake which was on his running route. Its very nice knowing that although this UK. NHS site is frequented mainly for runners in the UK there are many folk who contribute to it internationally 😊
