Just enjoy your run today at The Great Scottish Run in Glasgow, I'll be cheering you and all the other runners on as the event is on BBC 2 at 11 am. I notice that the elite runners and pacers start at 11.30, the green wave start at 11.40 and the pink wave half marathon starts at 11.50. I just hope enjoy your run GRoy, all the very best to you.

I know exactly how you feel. I’m a lone runner and getting a bit anxious about an event in three weeks that I’ve signed up for as have only run 2 others and they were over a year ago . Once you get there I am sure all will be well. Good luck.
