Went a bit off piste this morning which worked to my advantage .. did 4.5kms which is progress for me atm and got a PR too so well encouraged .. not sure if listening to Ibiza Anthems had anything to do with it but made me feel like a teenager anyway ๐ coming back into my road a neighbour washing his car asked if I wanted to cool down to which I nodded and he showered me down .. hilarious ๐ but I must go and have a proper shower now .. have a lovely Sunday everyone ๐โโ๏ธ ๐ ๐

Well done Jogging! Iโm sure the music helped, I always get a bit of a boost when thereโs something zingy coming through the headphones!
