I’m just finishing couch to 5k and wondering what’s next. Are you following a training plan to 10k and is there an app you recommend?

I’m doing Ju-Ju’s program but also using Laura’s 3 podcasts with it, I am finding it brilliant & giving me good results. I’m sure someone will post the links to it as I’m new to Bridge210K.
All the best with your running 👍

When you graduate one of the mentors will send you lots of useful information about what’s next, but it is recommended to spend 3 weeks consolidation before increasing your distance. So get 3 x 30 minute runs in a week trying different routes and speeds and dare I say hills first. Enjoy you last runs on c25k
⬆️ what Dexy5 says 😁👍 lots of ways to 10k. You’ll find something that works, as you learn more about what motivates you and how running effects your body. Many of us are following Magic 10, others are using the Nike app, or other apps that either use walk/run intervals for about an hour from day 1, or build up to an hour with a mix of short runs at different speeds and a weekly steady run that builds up to an hour.... it’s really up to you!

I see this is your first post on either this or the C25K forum, so it is coincidence that I spotted it and the only way you would receive the post mentioned by Dexy5 would be if you posted on the C25K forum that you had actually graduated.
Just in case you don't do that, here is the guide to post C25K running healthunlocked.com/couchto5... which may be helpful.
