1st 10K

[Catster]

Should have been 9k this week but having run for over an hour and feeling ok I couldn’t resist carrying on for the last 1K. Finished in just under 70 minutes so really happy with my 7 min/km pace. Lovely weather, cool but bright. Helped by several episodes of Yes Minister on BBC radio player to keep me distracted 😀🏃‍♀️

Really happy to have achieved 10k. Only started running in May so running non-stop for over an hour is a massive leap for me 😀

Fantastic! I have signed up for a 10K in November and my goal is to complete it in less than 90 minutes - hopefully less than 80. If I could run as fast as you I would have a permanent grin on my face!
