Cycled but didn’t run

Today should have been a 4km run on week 4 of the 5 to 10km plan. However I went cycling yesterday and felt bushes when I woke up. 29 miles of cycling cancels out 4km of running today surely? 😉

Hi. I like cycling as well as my runs. Good for a "rest" day. Just do your run another day .. enjoy
