Hi cheekychipmunks how’s your toe getting on and are you doing parkrun tomorrow. Haven’t heard from you for a while and was just wondering how your doing.😀

Hi Runsome! Thanks for thinking of me 😀

My toe is ok to run on thankfully - it’s tender at the base of my 4th toe on top of the foot, but I’ve run several times and have had no problems! 👍 So yes, parkrun tomorrow and I can’t wait! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👏👏

Oh that’s great it’s getting better and not stopping you. have a great parkrun today and let us know how it goes. I’m getting on ok-ish struggling to get runs in its far too dark when I get home as no street lights and very poor footpaths where I live and don’t want to twist ankle so I’ve taken my gear to London with me and done a run before work it’s not ideal but ok. 10K tomorrow so no parkrun for me today☹️. Parkrun was brilliant! Not had my time yet but I think I was a bit quicker than last time 🤞

I know, it’s getting darker in the evenings now. I’m lucky, I can run in the mornings.
