Week 7.

Week 7 done.

Good to get out with an overcoat on this morning, it's getting colder. The last time I had one on was because of rain. The tempeture was still fairly high and ended up taking it off after few kilometres for fear of collapsing in a overweight heap on the streets of Wakefield!

Can't wait for week 8 to start on Friday.

Then a few weeks of consolidation run and we'll see what comes next!

Yup, I wore my run jacket over a vest yesters I was only doing a slow 5k so I didn’t get too hot, so kept it on. I went out on a run the other day and felt decidedly chilly I wore my long tights yesterday 😳.

We can dress for the weather and run through the last days of autumn into winter. Spring running is just fab. So, lots to look forward to. 😃👍

Well done Gaz. Can't get the attire right either. Wore long leggings yesterday as it was cooler and was roasting by half way! Good luck with your last week. I appear to have skipped a week so 10k for me at some point this week. Getting more difficult to plan around work now the days are getting shorter. Might have to try a lunch run!

I tend to do them when I get chance other than tuesday(day off). Good and early that day. ☺️👍

Well done on your 9k Gazloc. I can’t imagine running with an overcoat on but it’s definitely getting colder now. Our main problem here is the wind so am looking for somewhere better protected than the prom for my 7k tomorrow.

It's not a big overcoat just light thing that keeps the wind N cold out a bit. You'll have to run inland a bit, mind you I'd like the prom. May go up to Scarborough next week for my 10K 😀👍
