So today was meant to be 6K treadmill run after work but my daughters friend is coming round to see me so I put it off till tomorrow... but then the gremlins got me 🙈 the you can’t do 6K, what if your new trainers aren’t right, blah blah blah why don’t you do your usual little 3.7k route to test them out and do the big run next week... I let them win and when out this morning, at 5.50 it was still a bit dark and the gremlins were back, it’s too dark to go out this morning... but I went and achieved my ‘fastest time on this route’ 😁🏃🏼♀️ take that gremlins ⚔️
Still seem to have lost my mojo for the 10K though 😕 if you see it can I please have it back 🤞🏻

I have not run for the best part of 35 years, am 52 years old and insulin dependant diabetic. I have kept fit partaking in various sports but no running up until 16 weeks ago. I started using C25k and in 2 weeks i will be running my first ever half Marathon. Anything is possible, remain focused and have a goal. ☺☺
Keep at it Emma. Trust the plan. We all have bad days, even bad weeks sometimes, but you've come this far so you've clearly got what it takes. Keep going!
