Had to be done, Willow has been having knee pain and as his running shoes were getting worn so off we went for a gait analysis and new runners, I just couldn’t keep my mouth shut so once we’d got a pair sorted for Willow a little voice pops out “and me”
I wanted the pretty coloured ones but these feel perfect
Willow got Saucony Hurricane 22’s and my are 361 Morphit 😀
We have just been for a quick run to try them out and run a couple of kilometres faster than ever before, maybe now i will break 10k it makes a real difference
Happy running all

Those are lovely running shoes for both of you, yes, there is very good chance that both of you can run a 10K in them
This Wednesday I will have had my running shoes for exactly a year, officially I will have ran, including this Wednesday's 10K which will be my tenth, 328 kilometers, although my total probably will be nearer 350Ks as I did not record many 3k and 4k runs I ran during the colder winter icy days just to keep my legs in running order.
Strava and the Nike Run app let you record what shoes you have done your run in, I think they will recommend you change them out at around 800KM / 500Miles. I have 2 pairs, one pair for pavement and one pair for trail / gravel both excellent at their given tasks.
Brilliant! I see your Saucony and Morphit and raise you a pair of Brooks! Final coice of 3 made and I'm chuffed to bits. Will add to the shoe porn shortly. 😉
I'm really looking forward to going to get a gait analysis when we're EVENTUALLY let out to play. I shall mentally make a note of these brands and keep my eyes peeled when I get to the shop 😊
Dress running shoes! What a great idea! You could wear them with a suit, and run away from the event when it got too boring. (5 minutes for any event requiring dress shoes)
I have the 'new shoes' event looming, will try these...
