Enjoyed run 1 of wk2 of Br2 10k, nice 3.5 K on a smooth sandy beach on a tiny island off west coast of Canada. And yes, it rained 🙂

Thank you. It was beautiful, and I had the place to myself too. Hope your beach run goes well tomorrow, the sand I ran on was mostly firm as the tide was on its way out, but it did feel different from road running. Good luck, and enjoy 🐬
