I'm on Week 2 of the 10k challenge.
Today as I have the day off, I thought I would get my longer run out the way (6k).
Feeling very positive, I thought I would try a new route which would take me along a trail way, through a wood and then back on the road for home.
Unfortunately, it went slightly array in the woods when I lost my bearings and had to stop once or twice.
Even so I did a distance of 6.02 k in 40 mins but I think I will give it another go before moving on. C'est la vie
