I’ve just come back from a hard slog. I managed the final 7km run of the week but walk jogged it as I just wasn’t feeling the love this morning. My ankle is sore but seems ok when I run. I’ve been religiously doing the nhs post run stretching as well. Today was a bad run but onward and upwards for week 4.
Week 3 repeat: I’ve just come back from a hard... - Bridge to 10K
Week 3 repeat

Absolutely - put it behind you and move on. You're still a stronger runner than you were before you did that run, so good luck with next week!

Fingers crossed your next run will be stronger. Good luck.

Hope it's all okay, hon. I got to W3 last time around before everything simultaneously went "pop, bang, ping, ouch".
Back now, but just watching the grown ups for a couple of weeks and trying not to be run over by the hordes of Year 7s rushing around in a state of suicidal over-enthusiasm.
You've got this. U iz runna xx
Thank you , yes it’s funny isn’t it. On c25k it was week 5 when my body rebelled. It seems week 3 of 5210k my body is complaining. My ankle is sore and my hip is mucking about. I’m taking it easy but sticking with the plan. I can do this 🏃♀️💕
