Went out today and it been out for a week. I got to the 5km and running for 28/30 mins. Great.
Then struggled to do run for 19 and take a break etc bla.
Been a lousy week, went for some casual bike rides and long 9km walks. Tired. Slept a lot.
Went out today to do a 9km walk and though ugh, I’ll see how well I get on running.
My first 1km was 3m54, 2km 5m5, 3km 6m, 4km 7min then had a 1 km walk break. Then did a few extra kms on way home at around 6m18 mark.
Totally totally thrilled with my pace. Weather cooler suits me very well.
I could’ve kept running but I wanted to stay on a high and in a great mood so did some walking in between.
So pleased. So so pleased.
